1. Regional Leadership – Inspired Leadership 2025

Newday Leadership is proud to deliver Inspired Leadership on behalf of Regional Development Australia – Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island (RDA AHFKI), with funding support from the Government of South Australia’s Regional Leadership Development Program. Inspired Leadership is an engaging six-month program that supports the development of regenerative leadership capability for a diverse cohort of aspiring, emerging, and established leaders.

Eligibility includes people who live, work, or volunteer in the region, as well as Kaurna, Ngarrindjeri, or Peramangk people, regardless of where they live.

2. Newday Nepal Leadership Programs

For more than a decade, Newday Leadership has partnered with Dr Tshering Lama and LeadX Nepal to deliver unique leadership programs in Nepal. These programs combine cultural immersion, service, and leadership development to inspire leaders to think globally and act for the greater good.

Facilitated by Katrina, the Nepal Leadership Program is an annual pilgrimage to one of the most extraordinary and spiritual places on Earth. The program aims to unlock, unblock, and validate participants’ leadership skills through five powerful ingredients: human connection, nature, experiential learning, reflection, and spirituality.

Calming, thought-provoking, and magical, the program helps attendees let go, reconnect with themselves, and get in touch with what’s truly important, both personally and professionally. With only 12 spots available, the Nepal Leadership Program will take place from April 27 to May 5, 2026.
